The business was started by Charlotte Lingard-Young, a corporate professional- turned stay at home Mom, who wanted to work from home to be able to spend more time with her young children and improve the family's overall quality of life.   With years of management and customer service experience as well as specialized knowledge in the behavioral healthcare, insurance, and technology industries, we are able to provide services that our clients value and need, and which meet or exceed their expectations.
